Privacy policy

Who we are

Sawdust & Coffee Woodworking, East Wareham, Massachusetts. This site is https://sawdustandcoffee.com.

What we collect

• Quote requests: the name, email, phone, message and any files you send, plus the page you sent it from and your IP address, so we can reply and keep spam out.
• Orders: your name, email, phone, shipping address and what you bought. Card and PayPal details go straight to Stripe or PayPal and never touch our servers.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit. It sets cookies and records a rough location from your IP address. We don't tie it to your name.

How we use it

To answer your request, build and ship your order, send you order status updates, and keep our records straight. We don't sell or rent your information, and we only email about things you asked for.

Who else sees it

Stripe and PayPal process payments; USPS gets your address when we print a label; Postmark delivers our email; Google provides analytics. Each has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Orders, invoices and quotes stay in our records as long as we are required to keep business records. Quote requests we didn't take on are removed after a year.
