Refund and Returns Policy

If you want to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help.

We offer free returns on non customized items within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. You are responsible for the shipping cost and a refund of the product will be issued once the item has been delivered to us.

The following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Personalized items are not refundable unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Digital Products are non-refundable.
